The best way to contact the chapter is to send
Joe Ludwig email at info@norcal.ifgs.com. He can help with most questions
about the chapter, and can redirect you on questions he can't answer.
If for some reason email is not an option you can also telephone Joe at
(916)632-6887 (before 10pm PDT/PST) and leave a message on his answering
machine. Email will probably get you a more rapid response.
